ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract covers the delivery and return processes of the products purchased by the Buyer from the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY METHOD
3.1. The contract comes into effect upon the electronic confirmation by the Buyer and is deemed fulfilled upon the delivery of the purchased product by the Seller to the Buyer.
3.2. The products subject to the order will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form and to the authorized person(s) designated.
3.3. The delivery of the product will be made within the promised period, provided that the Seller's stock is available and payment has been made.
3.4. Unless circumstances arise that make it impossible to fulfill the delivery of the ordered product, the Seller will deliver the product within 7-15 business days from the date of the product's order by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
4.1. The delivery of the goods will be made within the promised period, provided that the Seller's stock is available and payment has been made.
4.2. The shipping costs for domestic deliveries will be borne by the Seller. For international deliveries, the shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.
4.3. In case of order cancellation by the Buyer after the product has been shipped by the Seller but before it is received by the Buyer, the Buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
4.4. If the Buyer is not present at the specified address at the time of product delivery, the Seller will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation in full and without any deficiency.
4.5. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the recipient's absence at the delivery address or refusal to accept the delivery. In such cases, any damages arising from the Buyer's delayed receipt of the product, as well as the expenses incurred due to the product being kept at the courier company and/or returned to the Seller, will be borne by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 5 - CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
5.1. In the event of the Buyer canceling the order for any reason, if the payment has been made in cash, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days in cash and in full. In the case of payments made by the Buyer with a credit card, the product amount will be refunded to the relevant bank within 14 days after the Buyer cancels the order.
5.2. The Buyer acknowledges that the process of reflecting the amount refunded by the Seller to the Buyer's account by the bank may take 2 to 3 weeks, and that the complete reflection of this amount to the Buyer's accounts is entirely related to the bank transaction process.
5.3. For the return of the product, the Buyer must contact the Seller to follow the return procedures. During the return process, the necessary documents must be provided, and the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
