  • To learn the processing purpose of your personal data and as to whether such data has been used for such intended purpose,
  • To learn as to whether your personal data is transferred in or outside the country and as to whom it has been transferred.

Furthermore, you have the right to request the Company to rectify your inaccurate and incomplete personal data or to provide information on such operation to the recipients to which such data has been transferred or might have been transferred.

You may request the Company to destruct (erase, destruct or anonymize) your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated under Article 7 of the PPDL. Furthermore, you may request the provision of information regarding your destruction request to third persons to which your personal data has been or might have been transferred. However, we will evaluate your destruction request and as to which method will be appropriate to be used according to the concrete event conditions. In this context, you may request information from us at any time as to why we have chosen such a destruction method.

You may object to the results of your personal data analysis that have been formed by using an exclusive automated system in case such results are against your interest.

In case you are harmed due to the illegal processing of your personal data, you may request compensation for such damage.

According to Article 11 of the PPDL, you, as the personal data owner, may convey your request regarding the implementation of the PPDL and all kinds of your information requests regarding the processing of your personal data via sending an e-mail signed through a secure electronic signature or mobile signature belongs to you to [●] e-mail address or sending a letter in writing (either through a notary public or registered letter with return receipt) to the address at [●].

Furthermore, in case there is an electronic mail address of yours notified to us previously by you and registered to our system, you may also notify us of your request via such electronic mail address. As per Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller, it is obligatory that your name, surname, and your signature in case your application procedure is in writing, and your T.C. Identity Number in case you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, your passport number in case you are a foreigner and your identity number, if there is any, residence address or work address for notifications, your electronic mail address for notifications, your electronic mail address, telephone, fax number for notifications, if there is any, and the subject of your request must be stated in the application.

Your applications, which will be made within such framework, shall be concluded free of charge, as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. However, in case the operation requires an additional cost, the fee stated in the tariff determined by the PPDL Board might be charged.
